SCN-XT ARMOURED OPTICS FEATURES
SCN-XT photochromic pigments are incorporated in the mass of the raw lens, making them more accurate and reliable. They will never be affected by superficial scratches.
SCN-XT lenses have lower refraction index internal stress and chromatic dispersion (Abbe Number) than Policarbonate resulting in higher definition and sharper image.
High Impact Resistance
SCN-XT lenses are stronger than any other lens material. Guaranteed not to break or crack, even in the complex eyewear frames
Oleo / Hydro Coating
Makes it nearly impossible to foreign bodies to latch on to lenses. It allows drops of water, grease, chemicals, dirt, to slip from the surface of the lenses. Prevents stains, fingerprints. Facilitates cleaning
SCN-XT polymer lenses have high thermal stability and are not subject to optical or mechanical distorsions, even when exposed to temperature up to 80° C (car cockpit, inside a luggage under the sun)
