Great Product - Great Customer service
We had a similar experience with our Shokbox, Contacted the manufactures in the UK and they immediately sent upgraded latches out. Great service. (There was a recall on some of the Latches.)
Nice Protective
As its nice Protective undoubtedly. BUT its heavy Disc bike (142X12MM) can be put into this case when i close it , the lock is easy to loosen So you need a belt or touch fasteners to make it safe it have good C/P
