Light, stiff shoe
Have used the shoe for about a year now. It’s my first spd-sl shoe coming from Shimano spd mtb style shoes. Have resulted in weight saving but more importantly, the increase in stiffness helps with climbing up hills. Shoes are comfy for my feet and I do like the boa dials compared to my old shoes with ratchets. Only negative is that the shoe marks easily, especially from tyre burn marks.
Great shoes for great price
Stiff and all what you need for long climb. Slick and functional. great for wide fitting. I would go one size down if I could get one on great price again.JS
Scuffing
Bought these 6 months ago. Nice fit and griping. Easy on and off. Exterior scuffs very easily leaving black marks by removing the white surface. Has occurred when one foot clicked in at a stop light and other foot standing with toes down. Disappointed in the surface durability. Otherwise, a solid shoe at a great price.
Typical Shimano
Having had Shimano shoes before, i bought these cause i knew they would fit fine - which they do. Light and a stiff carbon sole, they are a definite upgrade from my others. My only grouch is that the white/grey upper scuffs and marks easily, leaving black marks from the "leather" underneath ! (hence the four stars) Super fast postage from PBK as usual.
Light but wear terribly
Light shoe, looks good out of the box but they scuff very very easily. One little touch on a tyre or the ground and they are marked badly and permanently. They are also not as comfortable as other Shimano shoes I have. feet tend to go numb quickly
Sleek and comfortable
Comfortable shoes that are extremely easy to get in and out of. The adjustable dial is fantastic!!
Good mid range shoe
Great fit, well made, super stiff. Very good shoe for the price, definitely very comfortable.
My first summer road shoes
RC7 shoes are light and pretty!! I have two pairs of the winter road shoes but no summer shoes. In ProBikeKit, I got a good chance.
